The latest addition to the ACS Aerial Unit’s inventory of advanced stabilised mounts, the Shotover F1 provides production teams with significant flexibility of camera and lens type with over 120 combinations currently available.

Whether you wish to shoot HD, 4K live or with large lens sensor formats, the ACS Shotover F1 can be configured to the requirements of your shoot. In addition to aerial filming work, the Shotover F1 can be inverted for use on tracking vehicles, boats and cranes. A telemetry control system is also in development to facilitate remote operation, ideal for rail or wire system applications.

The Shotover F1 is supplied with an ACS heli kit (includes monitors, power distribution etc.) and AS350/355 AFSP1 helicopter nose mount bracket as standard. The mount is ITAR free so there are no international restrictions on where the system can be used.

The Cineflex Pro has a swappable lens payload to enable the use of a wide angle lens (Canon CJ12) and further options include the GSS Internal Navigation System (INS) which can provide live GPS/ Positional Data for VR/AR applications, wireless data control and a custom Quad 4G SMPTE based fibre transmission system for fully cabled applications e.g. railcam or hoist use.

The system has no ITAR or EAR export restrictions and is future proofed with full upgrade capability as gimbal, camera and lens technologies evolve.

The HD Cineflex V14 is an ultra flexible, lightweight, high performance gyro-stabilised camera system. The system comes fitted with a Sony High Definition camera (HDC-2500) with various lens options available.

The system can be used as a helicopter camera mount, or rigged to airships, the ACS EyeFlyer as well as CAMCAT and our extensive inventory of Railcam systems.

Various recorder formats are available with the Cineflex mount along with HD video links and SMPTE/Triax cable CCU options for live outside broadcast applications.

An extremely flexible system, it can be inverted instantly and the lens changed in less than 30 minutes. Remote control is provided over fixed cabling, fibre and radio modems. Nose mount bracket options are available for AS350/AS355, 412/212 and Jet/Long Ranger helicopters.

Inspire 2

Our latest addition to the ACS in-house aerial unit, the Inspire 2 drone is a critical aerial tool for filmmakers and has the capacity to fly longer and at higher speeds than other UAVs.

The Inspire 2 has been fitted with a Zenmuse X5S camera, capable of shooting 1080i, 4K UHD and up to 5.2K in Cinema DNG RAW Apple ProRes. Lightweight and easily transportable, it can travel from 0 to 50mph in just 5 seconds, has a maximum flight speed of 58mph (94kph), can fly up to 120m in height and comfortably operate up to a maximum 500m distance from the pilot. A dual battery system means flight times are prolonged to 27 minutes which is considerably higher than other drones on the market.

The Cinema Pro 516 is an extremely rugged solution for filming in the harshest of environments. The system has a proven operation on a variety of mounts and is ideal to switch between ground and helicopter in the field.

The mount is offered with the option of RED DSM2 cameras, specifically the Helium 8K S35 and swappable Canon CN20x50 , Canon CN7x17 and Canon CN14.5-60 lens payloads (camera and lens options can be supplied by client).
