Ikegami HDL-51

The Ikegami HDL-51 is a compact single piece full digital 2/3-inch HDCMOS camera system incorporated into an extremely compact chassis and packed with features and performance associated with larger and more expensive HD camera products. 2.5M pixel CMOS sensors are employed to achieve superb picture quality and the HDL-51 supports all HD formats including 1080/50i, 1080/59.94i, 1080/23.98p, 1080/25p, 720/59.94p and 720/50p.

12-bit A/D conversion and fully digital processing through the use of 0.18 -micro m design rule ASIC have been achieved with a fully digital stream through the camera HD-SDI output ensuring signal integrity, repetitive high picture quality and stable reliability. A HD Analogue output from the camera head is also available.

The Ikegami HDL51 can be supplied as a standalone unit (Wireless RCP option also available) or in conjunction with the Telecast POV single mode fibre transmission system for remote operation allowing for seamless integration into HD broadcast environments. When combined with the ACS SMART head remote system, this provides a cost effective HD POV solution for a range of HD broadcast applications from sports events to entertainment and reality programmes.
