To support our wide range of specialist camera facilities, ACS operates a large vehicle fleet
From HD OB operating units to 4x4 camera tracking vehicles, people carriers and dedicated support tenders, the ACS fleet of vehicles compliment our large provision of specialist facilities on offer to clients.
Our range of OB vehicles are designed to allow the full integration of ACS camera facilities within the Outside Broadcast environment. The vehicles have provision for multiple remote camera operation as well as engineering capabilities and are all configured for HD operation.
The ACS fleet of 4x4 tracking vehicles have been specially designed and developed in house and are built for operation in a range of adverse terrains. Primarily configured for use in the coverage of horseracing; providing dynamic coverage they are an essential camera angle in the broadcasting of the sport. The vehicles are able to carry up to two stabilised camera mounts and operators with a number of camera position seating options available. The ACS tracking vehicle is also capable of tracking in 3D, using a Stab C Compact stabilised mount and ET Pulsar Mirror rig (pictured on the right).
Recognising the growing demand in 3D Production within the OB environment ACS has also invested in a dedicated 3D operating vehicle, fitted with five operating/engineering positions and is 3G/3D capable up to 1080 50P with twin 40x40 routers and 16 way 3D multi-viewer with dual independent outputs.
In addition to the large ground fleet, ACS have an extensive knowledge of international helicopter operators and can supply and co-ordinate the provision of a range of helicopters for any size production, where-ever you are in the world.
